Ice maker not dispensing ice
We followed the instuctions on the information boards and they were very helpfui. It was a matter of removing the screws that seperated the ice maker from the outer covering and removing the screw on the metal bar at the bottom but do not remove it. We still struggled to get the housing of the actual blade are off but then I read John from Nevada's instructions and that was exactly what had happened to our ice maker. The auger had bored a hole into the plastic and therefore was making seperation impossible. Once we backed out the auger we were able to easily remove the housing and complete the repair! Thanks John! The instructions you provided were perfect and saved us from added frustration! Good luck fellow DIYers!

Broken 5/16 line from filter to water tank in fridge
Others have described how to do this repair better. I will simply add - if you're cutting the line inside the fridge to repair/replace be sure to check as their are two (2) clear 5/16th lines. Once goes from the solenoid to the tank inside the fridge and another from the tank up to the filter. They're identical and side by side. Remove the drawers and foam covering the one line to make sure you cut the right one...otherwise you will be ordering a 2nd water tube union like I did.

Freezer coils icing up and temperature warm
I had a frig several years ago do the same thing -- freezer coils icing up and temperature warm. I had watched the repairman come in and take the back off the freezer and install some part, I knew not what. So I got on YouTube and four this website with instructions and directions of how the put the part in and which part it was. I am good at trouble shooting and was very comfortable after watching the video of what to order. I ordered the part. The instructions were clear. After the coils had thawed, it took less than 30 minutes to install the new part. I installed a Defrost Heater. My refrigerator has worked ever since. I am not a mechanic nor a fixer upper. I am a 60 year old female school teacher.

Ice was not dispensing
First noticed the clear drive cup located at back of bucket was cracked. I replaced it and the problem worsened as it cracked the left side bucket glide. I decided to purchase the entire assembly and found that there were other issues. The front white dispensor was free moving along with the auger assembly was lose. The new bucket I found the white dispensor when turned would turn the entire assembly and auger so very glad I relpaced the entire bucket. Should have replaced the entire item without wasting time and money on the drive cup. Works like new....

upper rear of fridge too cold
I removed the light and cover, then removed the lower vent cover. This required a bit of pinching and pulling. Then I removed the Fresh Food Air Inlet Cover. I looked inside and saw that the flap/dampener was unseated and flopping around. That would explain why all the cold air was coming in from my freezer and freezing the food in my fridge. Replaced old with new, plugged in, reinstalled all covers, and Voila! My fridge is working correctly again. Thanks to the first review which was the one I followed. And Thanks to PartsSelect!

Refrigerator and Freezer warming and cooling. Ice would melt and then refreeze. Freezer temp would warm to 25 then back to 0, refrig temp would warm to 50 then back to 34.
We first read that we should thoroughly clean the coils which we did. They were very dirty, full of dust. This seemed to help for a couple days then the hot and cold started up again and was even worse. We did some research on the internet and all indications led us to change the main control board. We found PartSelect ordered the part, received it super fast (within 2 days), changed the part in less than 15 mins and our refrigerator works like new. No trouble since the repair. Saved a lot of time and money doing the repair ourselves.
