Both my oven and broiler elements have stopped heating at the same time. I had turned on oven to heat and remember hearing an unusual click sound, but I don't know if that's related. All the stovetop elements and all the control panel functions work as normal. Can you suggest what would cause this failure and what parts need replacing? Thanks.

Hello Jeremy, thank you for writing. There are a few parts to check that come to mind. First, the Oven Temperature Sensor PS12724046. Testing the temperature sensor probe on your oven is easy. With the sensor at room temperature, measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. The resistance of the sensor should read approximately 1080 – 1090 ohms at room temperature. Next, Main Terminal Block Kit PS471605 and finally the Electronic Control/Clock PS12728848. We have videos for you to access. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you.
