The latch broke, and you couldn't open the dishwasher.
First - I selected 2-3 day delivery after ordering the part late afternoon. The part arrived the next day. Very satisfied with the time it took and the ease in selecting the correct part. Once I got the dishwasher door open, I removed the 11 screws from the door panel. The top two screws also hold the latch asssembly in place, so I removed those last. Then I detached the wiring, which required a pair of plyers - they were very tight. After that, I was able to replace the new part, screw the panel back on, and load the dishwasher for my wife before she got off the phone with my mother-in-law. Brownie points were awarded, and it took about 15 minutes.

There were two wheels missing from the lower dish rack.
I watched the video repair program and it was just that simple. What was the most amazing is from the time we called in the order until we got the parts and made the installation was less than 72 hours. We simply cannot believe how easy this was. Thanks ever so much!!!!

dishes not cleaning properly
also had to replace heating element. Had to remove dishwasher from under counter to get to heat element. Initial installer used long braided steel water line and plug in electrical connection so removal was easy (10 min). Pulled (2) electrical terminals from heat element and (2) plastic retaining nuts put in new element w/matching nuts, element came w/seals. Check for leaks before installing back under counter. Then removed torx screws holding impeller cover and accumulator/filter removed old put in new after good cleaning of course. All is well.

Latch was broken
This was so easy. Just loaded up a torx bit in my drill, unscrewed the 8-10 screws on the door and lowered the front. Latch assembly literally fell out. Screwed up my courage and took a pair of pliers to the electrical connections, pulled them off and hooked them up to new unit one at a time (I confuse easily thus ending source of confusion) and set latch in it's place. Replaced the door front screws and was done. Piece of cake and the directions on your site were very helpful.

Broken latch, could not open without pulling DW almost out of the cabinet.
Removed torx head screws around inside of door. This allows you to open the top of the door enough to access and remove the latch. The latch itself is not fastened to anything, just held in by pressure of the door panels. The wires on my latch were extremely difficult to remove and if you're not careful you will get a shock, so don't touch them both at the same time. Put in new latch, re-install screws. Worked perfectly.

dishwasher handle broke
It was fairly easy to fix the dishwasher handle just little time consuming taking in side cover off to get to it. One thing I can say is the lady I dealt with was very kind, and very helpful. It only took like three days to get here I only paid regular shipping. Beats having to buy new dishwasher. Thank you

Dishwash Handle Assembly
As a very capable "do-it-yourselfer," once I realized that I had a part that I could not repair, the first thing I did was go to partselect.com to find my part. The exploded diagrams made it easy to determine the correct part I needed. A very reasonable $25 dollars and 2 days later the part showed up on my doorstep, well packaged to protect it during shipping and was an exact replica of the failed part. Five minutes later, I had the part replaced and a wife who is once again grateful to not have to wash the dishes by hand. Thanks partselect.com you made me a hero!
