replacment of two broken door bins
The bins don't easily snap into place, you have to twist them a little to make them fit into the support nubs. The trick is not to twist them too far or they'll split.Ours do, and now we store half-gallon OJ and milk back where the containers belong.

Quite making ice
The new inlet valve came with pisco connectors so had to cut the end of the tubes off. Before doing this I marked all the tubes to make sure they were replaced in the correct order. The pisco connectors are great to use and very quick. The total install time was about 20 to 30 minutes. While you have the back of the frig off make sure you vaccuum the fan and coils. It was making ice in less than 20 minutes.

Rail slides are made of plastic that broke and peeled like it were a package zip strip.
We needed to first select the correct part number. The diagram furnished at the website was sketchy and incomplete, but thanks to the helpful assistance of your patient customer service rep I was able to correctly identify and place the order for the correct part numbers. Each item arrived in lest than 48 hours using standard shipping charges [5-7 business days] much to my surprise. Disassembly and reassembly was very basic. It took longer to remove the food from the refrigerator shelf and pulling out the drawer than it did to unscrew the part and reassemble it hanging it back on the refrigerator brackets. In all it took less than 15 minutes including the removal and restocking the food back onto the refrigerator shelf. While I am not one to brag about repairing anything mechanical I must admit that this was a real morale boosting operation. Anybody with a screwdriver that is tall enough to reach the shelf and shelf brackets could repair these items. It almost took just as long to fill write this narrative as it did to do the repair. Thanks to the Customer Service Rep, she was very kind and reassuring.

Ice maker not making ice -
I followed the directions from the u tube video. He made it look so easy, but it was quite difficult to locate and unscrew the nuts holding the ice maker to the side of the freezer. I got super frustrated. That is what took the longest. Also got burned when taking out the old assembly as the bottom was hot. Other than that it was pretty simple and the best thing is that I have ice!
