broken belt and door stop switch not working.
Pretty easy repair, especially with the video showing how to do it. I'm a nechanical person and could have done it without the video but I would have taken a lot more apart, so the video does save you lots of time and effort. Parts fit perfect and the wife is happy again! Thanks guys!

dryer was not heating
I thought that I was going to have to buy a new dryer or rather a used one to replace my dryer when it stopped heating. I knew I could not afford an appliance repair person to come out to the house, so I searched for my appliance on the internet for repair parts. Your website helped me to figure out the part that I needed to replace; i.e. the thermal fuse for $9. Since you advertised that you took return parts, I placed my order. Without any hassle short of the obvious moving the dryer away from the wall and removing the back panel I was able to do this in a short time. I was so excited to realize that my dryer was heating up. Thank you.

Could not have been easier! The whole process from troubleshooting the problem to oderimg and installing the part was surprisingly easy. Thanks so much! Best service I have gotten in  a long time.

Heat stopped completely & timer wouldn't work
I assumed a fuse was bad, although there were 3 possible fuses that might have caused the problem. I tested the Thermal Fuse #PS345113 and it was shot...the others were ok. I ordered a new fuse and everything works fine. The timer was not working on only the heated cycles but the new fuse fixed that as well. This took a bit longer than it should have because it included a lot of cleanup and moving an adjacent washing machine as well.

Dryer wouldn't start
Watching videos on the internet, I learned how to test the parts of the dryer. I learned that the thermal fuse was the problem. I ordered the part and it arrived in a few days. I changed out the part, put the dryer back together, and it worked! Saved me a great deal of money!

Dryer not heating.
My dryer element was not heating and there did not appear to be any damage to the element itself. There were several thermal fuses attached to the heating element enclosure. Test them with a voltmeter and see if there is conductivity. If there isn't, then the fuse is faulty/broken. Replaced my broken fuse with 3390915 and the element heats once again. The original part was not the 3390915, but Kenmore recommends replacing the stock thermal fuses with 3390915. Thank you!

Dryer would not start
My dryer is a KitchenAid KEYE660W (electric). I tried to start the dryer but it would not run. I did notice that if I held the start button down, I could feel light vibrations through the button. Searched through Yahoo and this site and determined that this is often a bad Thermal Fuse. Used the diagrams on this site to locate where it should be, removed the back of the dryer with a screwdriver, removed the two wires clipped to the Thermal Fuse and unscrewed the Thermal Fuse. I had a friend test the fuse with a Multimeter. It was bad so I ordered another one on this site and it arrived in two days. Screwed the Thermal Fuse back in and clipped the two wires back on. Started the dryer and it worked!!! Replaced the back of the dryer. This repair took 15 minutes MAX and taught me a little bit about Mulitmeters.

Dryer would run but wouldn't heat.
I'm a 68 year old single lady who watched the video and just followed the instructions. Took the back off, tested all the parts involved with heating and the only part that didn't have any continuity was the top part of the thermal cutoff fuse. After receiving the part I removed the old one, put the new one in, put the back on and turned the dryer on. It heated right up. I also had a part that I didn't need and your return dept. made it very easy to return. I love this site. Save me a ton of money.
