pump leaking
Unscrewed and flipped back control panel. Unplugged lid switch and removed fron/side/lid sheet metal. Disconnected hoses from the pump, removed pump retaining clips and switched to new pump. Reversed procedure, plugged machine back in and everything worked like new. There was no need to lay the machine on it's back as instructed by the video. It would helped pins that hold the sides in place (at bottom rear) where about an inch taller.

pump leaking
Tipped washer on to front. Popped off retaining clips. Pulled off old pump and put new one on without tools. Needed pliers to remove hose clamps. Then put retainer clips on by hand. Job done washer works great.

plastic part of coupling was broken
The new coupling parts are better made than the original parts. It was difficult to disassemble motor unit to get at the the old coupling, but once that was accomplished, the new coupling installed pretty easily. The machine is working fine now.

top agitator quit agitating
Well, the repair was actually easy once I read all instructions. My son and I did the repair. After we got the agitator apart my son took his feet(after I told him thats how you get it apart)to separate the bottom agitator from the top agitator. Everything went everywhere. Thank god for Part-Select and their wonderful pictures. We put everything back together and it is working like a brand new machine. THANK-YOU. If we would of read first it would of only took 15 minutes to install. S Brazil

Agitator was not working properly, would barely spin.
The whole process took about 20 minutes. I popped the cover off the top of the Agitator and unloosened the nut holding the agitator onto the shaft. I then replaced the cogs, which just slipped into place. Finally I replaced the agitator back onto the shaft and tightened the nut and replaced the cap.

Pump sprung a leak
used the pliers to remove the hoses, Then used the screw driver to remove the metal retainers. It only took two days to get the parts delivered. even with 5 to 7 day delivery.so don't pay for next day delivery if you don't have to. When I got the part in it only took a couple of minutes. Use the pliers to install the hoses, then you can just use your hands to put the retainers in place.

The unit would no longer spin in rinse mode etc.
Watched the video on your website and determined I could easily do the repair. Replaced the part for less than $20.00 including shipping and received it the next day. I ordered the part @ approximately 5 PM and the projected delivery was 1.8 days. To my delight the FedEx truck arrived by 1 PM the very next day and we were up and running within 24 hours of ordering the Direct Drive Motor Coupling. I will definitely use your services again. Special thanks to your video team. I was able to watch step by step how to disassemble and reassemble the washer etc.
