First, let me say that I was amazed at how fast my part ariived. I ordered it on a Sunday evening and it arrived Monday afternoon. When the part arrrived, I got all of my tools out so that my wife would think I was doing a really big project. Then, when she was not looking, I used some needle nose pliers to snap off the straps from the old broken rollers on the rack. Then I used some regular pliers to slide off the old, broken rollers. Then, I snapped on the new rollers with my hand and placed the new strap onto the rack also with my hand. Then, even though it was done, I told my wife I had to go to Home Depot to get a tool that I did not have but really I just went to get a chili burger - It took longer to get the chili burger then it did to get the dishwasher fixed. We had some friends over the next day and my wife was bragging about how I fixed the dishwasher and saved her hundreds of dollars.
