Rollers for top rack broke at connection between the rack and slide causing the rack to seperate and to drop down when fully loaded

Finally determined how the caps at the front of the rack slides are removed. You twist the front part inward till the plastic notch disengages from the slide and you can pop it out. I was surprised that the front part actually twists without snapping in two.

Once caps are removed you can slide the rollers out the end.

New rollers can be snapped onto the rack and then onto the slide.


I was able to push the caps back into place using pliers to push them in till the notches lined up on the slide.
