Which part in the parts list shown is the ‘hanger arm’. My machine is level but bangs around really bad when starting to spin. One repair man said the ‘hanger arms are broken ‘.. I want to see what those parts look like please

Thank you for your question. If your machine is shaking and banging, the suspension rods may need to be replaced. This is what your repairman may have been referencing. The washer is leaking water from the bottom
