Hose had a hole rubbed in it during a recent move.
Just traded out the hoses and installed washer and started washing. Also got the replacement hose in a very timely manner, in turn only without washer for 5 days total. Thank You

Washer leaked water
after reading repair stories, decided I should take front panel off and see where leak was coming from. taking the panel off was real pain but well worth as inside was dry! so I looked again and discovered a pin hole in drain hose that only leaked when tub was full. while I had panel off I noticed tub dampening straps were broken so went ahead and ordered those parts too.

Leak under the washer
After noticing the leak, I moved the washer out to try to find the source. In the process, the Drain Hose Extension broke in two. As an emergency repair, I put the two halves together with duct tape. After running the washer again to try and find the leak, I discovered that it must have been the Drain Hose because now there was no leak. I then ordered a new one from PartSelect and replaced it with the repaired item.

Old drain hose split
I went to big box stores for a hose, but they only had generic parts that did not fit. I went to a plumbing supply house and they did not carry it. I went to an appliance store and they wanted $30 for the part. I went to your website and paid $18 including shipping. Thanks for making my wife happy.

The hose had a leak
I took the two screws out that was holding the bracket and hose in place. I then pulled the hose out and then had a little bit of a hard time taking off the bracket (it was plastic and felt if I bent it to hard it would break) wiggling it down to the end of the hose. Re inserted the hose attached bracket, and I was done. It would have cost me a lot more then $20.00 to have a repair man come in and fix it. Love the service, delivered in two days. Will use them again.
