The door boot gasket got stuck and broke. I replaced the door boot gasket and tried to run it. It did not fill with water, nor did it spin. I checked and the drive belt has snapped off. Would that cause the water not to fill? I'd hate to get the drive belt replaced only for the water *still* not to fill. Is there a way to figure out why it's not filling? Water comes from the supply hose and the inlet filters are clean.

Hello Martin,
Thank you for your question.
The only things that should prevent the unit from filling with water are the Door Lock Latch (part number PS1021459) or the Water Inlet Valve (part number PS1482392). The drive belt should not influence this at all unless it damaged wiring when it snapped. I would check the wiring for both of these items before I ordered replacement parts.
I hope this is helpful.

As a follow on to my previous question. I was able to figure out the water issue - *ahem*, always check that the water is turned back on :) - and wanted to make sure which part (drive belt) fits on the gfwh1200h1ww model.
