Rack door brackets broke
I snapped the parts into place. The fact that the parts I recieved were original parts from Frigidaire made all the difference. I feel if the parts had been after market parts they would not have fit so well.

Top shelf broke; replaced it
It just snaps in place, no biggie. What was a big deal was... that I ordered the part one day at like 2pm and got it the next day by about 2pm. That was very strange!!! Never expected that sort of delivery. Very nice!

Wrong part ordered
No way to determine which exact part you need without speaking to a representative. I KNEW I should have made a phone contact and NOT depended on my interpretation of the part via the web. If you objective with the web is to make things easier for customers, it did not. When I called, the person on the other end was great. There was no way I could have ordered the correct part, or known which one it was, from the web alone.

Kid broke to bottom door rack
This was so easy it took longer to open the door than it did to install the rack. WOW. Nice to see something fits without messing with it. Thanks.

Replacing broken door racks
Super easy it took no more than 5 minutes to replace the fridge door racks. Starting from opening the box when it arrived to closing the fridge door with the new racks in place. no tools needed, except a knife to open the box.
