The lever that is pressed by the rubber cover broke off the water dispense cover. The lever appears ok, its the cover that it was attached to broke. Should i buy the dispenser cover only or the cover, the rubber cover and the lever? From the parts breakdown i cant tell which part is the correct lever if i need to order that. Do the three pieces come pre-assembled or do i have to assembly them? Thanks, jordan
