The top rack spray arm disintergrated, along with the rinse aid dispenser cap, and other plastic rack pieces.
I left the repairs in my husbands capable hands and walked away. I now have a "new" dishwasher. Thank you for having what was needed.

Spray arm broken
This was so easy. My husband removed the old and screwed in the new and for $50 we saved the price of a new dishwasher. Great website! So easy to find parts and order!

The wheels that make the lower rack roll had worn out to the point that sometimes dishes would rub against the spray arm.
I removed the old wheel assemblies (4 total holding 2 wheels each) with a slight prying with a screwdriver to ease it off the rack. After the first one, the rest were a little easier. The new ones had to "mate" a certain way and then just needed a push of the hand.
