Fridge lights working but everything else dead.
The part was a newer version of the motherboard. There are no installation instructions available. Take pictures before starting. Some of the connectors are in a different location on the new board and the new board has a green ground wire that needs to be attached with a screw. I installed the ground wire to the fridge chassis using one of the screws that holds the cover. I was able to reuse the existing plastic standoffs but would suggest purchasing new standoffs. Took a day for fridge and freezer to get to temp. Fridge works great now.

not the part needed
The part ordered was not the part needed for my problem. Can not return because it is the main control board and FINE print tells me it is not returnable.

In had a knocking in the refrigerator and it sounded like someone knocking at the door.
I received the new control panel and shut off the power to the refrigerator and found the control panel. Unscrewed four screws, took each connection apart with a pliers and put it in the new control panel (one at a time) then snapped it back in place, Put the 4 screws back in place and made sure the ground was connected on one to the corn
... Read moreer screws. Turned on the refrigerator and no more knocking.

Refrigerator Completely died with only the interior lights working
Removed the cover panel above the refrigerator and then removed the main board connections. Removed main board and installed new replacement board and re-installed cover panel. Turned on circuit breaker and everything works as should. Very easy and saved myself a $240+ service call. Thank you Parts Select!

I have purchased the main control board and have no idea where it is located or how to replace it. The instructions give an obtuse diagram only. Thanks!
For model number ZIC360NMCRH
