The oven does not get up to the selected temp. We replaced the probe and we notice no difference. On broil the element does not get red but the oven does get warm. On oven the temp goes up but usually to 200 and not 350. Is a control board our next step?

Hi James, Thank you for the question. If the probe did not fix the problem, the control board will need to be replaced. Hope this helps !

We tested oven probe and it was fine. Removed control board and that is the problem, a definite burn area. How do we remove board from plastic overlay without breaking it?Thanks
