Freezer at 0 degrees, refrigerator bottom at 46 degrees and refrigerator top shelf at 56 degrees and will not get colder. Unplugged unit for a week and made no difference. Was told to replace evaporator fan but really don’t think this is going to work. Can you help?
For model number DSE25JMHBCES
Hello David, thank you for reaching out. We have concluded that the issue is with the evaporator fan motor, part number PS3487992. We would recommend checking it to solve the problem. It circulates air through the fresh food compartment for efficient cooling. Glad to be of help!
