Selection names worn off dial

Thankfully it was really simple, had to remove inner dial (pulled off easily), then removed one philips head screw and pulled outter ring off.

For the clock-knob, simply had to push new knob into place.

Element burned out

Phillips screw driver to remove old element. Unhooked two leads. Reversed procedure to install new one.
