Broken plastic slide rails for drawers and trim piece.
Unscrewed the old and screwed in the new. Parts were perfect and were original brand, no knock off stuff. Good deal...

The left drawer slide rail was broken from years of use.
First I removed the vegetable drawer and glass shelf. I matched up the 'new' drawer slide rail next to the broken slide. I then used a phillips head screwdriver to remove the 2 screws that held the slide in place. After removing the broken slide rail, I installed the new rail, replaced the vegetable drawer and glass shelf. New item worked like a charm. The drawer slide arrived really quick after my order was placed. Approx. 2 days after ordering the part, it was on my front door step.

My fridge shelf support broke
I was astonished when my part (PS306943 SLIDE ASM LH (Drawer Slide Rail - left side)arrived the very next day!! In a big box, beautifully wrapped. I got out my screw driver, detached the dead shelf support and screwed in the new one. Oh it's so very nice to have the fridge working again, and so soon. Hooray for Part select.com The best thing since sliced bread. Jill

Plastic drawer side rails broke. The rails and the drawers seem very flimsy for the cost of the refrigerator.
Very simple fix. Unscrewed broken drawer rails and replaced with the new. No big deal. But again, these seem very flimsy for this model of refrigerator. they should use metal drawer rails with rollers to better accomodate the wieght of produce in the drawers.

The left hand side drawer rail broke.
A very simple repair that took less than 10 minutes. About 5 of that was getting a screw driver and putting it back in the tool box. Simply remove the drawer, unscrew the two screws. Install new rail using the same two screws.
What I liked the best about PartsSelect.com was, I ordered the wrong part mistake. When I called to inquire about the refund/return of the un-used part, they were very polite and curtious. She said the return info would be in my e-mail in a minute. She even asked if I wanted her to order the correct part right then. I didnt have the model number with me at the time or I would have. A minute later I check my e-mail and there was the needed info. Excellent cutomer service PartsSelect. All my future orders, I'll check your site first. Thanks, Glen.

Broken shelves
After years of storing our drinks on the bottom shelf, one of the rails holding up the crisper finally broke. That then broke the rail to the shelve below the crisper. After checking other websites, i came across this one. I liked how it gave me a picture of where the parts go, with the part number, that I could easily cross reference when i ordered. That was very handy. I placed the order on a Wednesday, and the parts were on my front porch when I came home Friday. That is fast service. I will definitely be coming back again.

Drawer slide broke
Removed goods in fridge, removed shelf, unscrewed 2 screws, installed new drawer slide with 2 screws, replaced shelf, inserted drawer. Most of the time was moving the stuff in the refregerator. If the fridge was empty it would have taken me 2 minutes.
