Left door spring hinge broke. Can i just replace the spring or do i need a complete hinge assy? Also should the right spring be replaced to maintain even tension?
For model number CWG3100AAE29
Hello Dennis, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched the model that you have provided and the hinge spring is only available as part of the hinge assembly PS2082006. It is usually recommended to replace both. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. How do I take off the hinge oven door?
hinge (74004059)
For model number cwg3100aae29
Hi Mike, thank you for your inquiry. To remove the oven door hinge, first pull the oven towards yourself to expose the sides. Now open the door and lift it off the hinges. Remove the side panels by un-threading the screws. Now you have access to the hinges. Un-thread the screws to remove the hinges from the sides. Install the new hinges by following the steps backwards. We hope this information helps!
