Neither drawer slides open or close without struggle, nothing appears broken?

Hi Erro,
Thank you for your question. If you are having an issue with the crisper drawers sliding out, you may need to take the crisper frame that the drawers slide in and out of out to inspect it closely. There maybe some debris trapped in the glides that is preventing it from sliding in and out properly. Also check the drawers for any sign of wear and damage. I hope this helps.
