Washer control knob and control knob broken
My son, Eddy did the repairs. He used a flat head screwdriver and a pair of pliers to remove the broken parts on the shaft. He lined up the new washer control knob dial with the notch, and pushed it down into place. Next, he lined up the new control knob, and placed it onto the metal shaft. The washer works like new again! Very easy removal and installation! Thank you for your Fast Shipping, Great Prices and Available Parts Line!!!

My washer works fine but the round plate beyond the knob does not turn to select the washer setting. What is the part I need and how can I replace it?
For model number HSWP1000M3WW

Hello Cathy, Thanks for your question. The plate you are referring to is the knob dial, part number PS1482361. You will need to remove the timer knob (you may need needle-nose pliers) and then pull the old dial off. There is an indicator tab opposite the arrow to line up with your machine to install the part. I hope this helps.

This dual works fine. It will not catch the larger circle dial behind it to select the wash cycle. Is this the part that will correct that?
For model number HSWP1000M3WW

Hello Cathy, Thanks for your question. If the knob is worn or damaged, try replacing that to fix your issue. Otherwise, it may be an issue with the timer itself, as that has the stem that the knob attaches to. I hope this helps.

The selection dial does not turn. Can the black stem be purchased separately or do I have to buy the whole timer mechanism?
