Relatively easy repair
Part arrived when promised and was in good condition. Minor discrepancy between the screw holes in this part as compared to the original installed part but I made it work. Oven is now working fine.

Hello and thank you for writing.
Yes, the main control board PS11755154 controls all of those functions, it is the brain of the unit.
If you supply us with your model and serial number we can do some more research for you in the possible causes. If the oven continues to heat after it is turned off, the control board is likely defective. If the control board is defective, replace it. ... Sometimes, if the heating element burns out, it can short out to the inside of the oven. If the heating element has shorted out, the oven will not turn off. You can test the element with a multimeter for continuity. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

The oven will not heat. It will start up as per normal, the igniter lites the main burner, it burns for about 3 seconds and goes out. That igniter continues to click during those 3 seconds.
I have changed the oven thermostat twice and the igniter.
Each time I change a part, it works fine. Then I don’t use oven for a few days and it does the same thing.

Hello Dale, thank you for your query. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the safety valve, part number PS12578765, to fix the issue. It controls gas flow to the bake and broil burners in the oven. If this is faulty, the burner may not light. We hope this sorts out your problem!
