Hi Curt, Thank you for your question. The F9.Q error code is a touch communication error code. Try unplugging the microwave for 2 minutes. If the error code returns, you will need to unplug the microwave and disconnect the power. Check the cable that connects the board to the touchpad and check both parts as well. If one of these parts is the issue, you will need to replace it. If the error code returns after the part has been replaced, you will need to replace the door control assembly. I hope this helps.
