Dishes would not get clean.
Remove arm-spray . The original part sent to me was the wrong one. I called PartSelect and told them about the problem. They corrected the situation by sending out the correct part. I am now waiting on the return instructions for the the original part (arm-spray) that was sent to me. ThankYou Rich Koneval 5/15/2021
Getting the large rubber gasket of the Sump / Motor Assembly to seat fully.
After struggling with the Sump / Motor Assembly for over an hour, I applied a generous coating of silicone lube to the rubber gasket, seated the Assembly and put in 2 of the retention clips. I took the lower arm off and now i cannot get it back on. When i place it on the nut and turn it clockwise, the screw mechanism never engages, it just keeps turning. It looks like it should engage, i can the the thread on both parts.
For model number KUDT03FTSS3
Hello Elizabeth, thank you for your question. The spray arm will be set over the nut, then the nut will have to be turned COUNTER clockwise in order to have the spray arm locked into place. I hope this helps!

Dishes were not getting clean. I noticed that the lower spray arm stopped spinning. I removed this arm , but couldn't see if a belt operated the spinning of the arm, or is it just water pressure from the pump. Thanks
For model number KUDI02CRWH0
Hi Stephen, Thank you for the question. The arm spins from the water pressure supplied by the circulation pump, PartSelect Number: PS11757388. Hope this helps!
