Hello Ian, thank you for your question. It sounds like an electronic board issue. There are three listed in the unit which are PartSelect Number: PS11749949 and PartSelect Number: PS11749957 and Part #: PS11749948. Unfortunately, we do not have any testing information, but the most likely issue is the main motor control board part number Part #: PS11749948. I hope this helps.
