My oven touch screen is blacked out but, every 20-30 seconds, it flashes like it’s trying to turn on however it goes black again. Is this an issue with the screen or the control?

Hi Richard, thank you for a very interesting question. Based on our understanding of the issue, you may need to check the wire connections between the touch control panel and the main control board. If the wires are connected properly, then you may need to replace the touch control panel, part number PS11755153, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
