I searched for w10143947 but the manufacturer has replaced it with this part ps11749032. I want to order this if it is a hub. It's listed as a shaft. Is this, in fact, the hub? Thanks
For model number w10143947
Hi Dennis, Thank you for the question. This is the small plastic part that fits in the groves or tabs on the bottom of the glass cooking try to help it turn. It is known as a hub, coupler or shaft. Hope this helps!

The turntable hub appears to have snapped off. Can I remove the base part that must slip onto the motor shaft? Thank you.
For model number KCMS1555SSS2
Hi Tom,
Thank you for your inquiry. No, unfortunately the base of the motor and the shaft are all one piece. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
