Does retainer glass mean the outer door glass? My tempered glass shattered today . . . Having a tough time finding the replacement part.

Hello Brian, thank you for writing. This Glass Retainer is what holds the Inner Door Glass. Unfortunately the Exterior Glass Door for your model is discontinued. We have no replacement information for it. You will need to reach out to KitchenAid directly for a substitution part number. Is this the inner most glass that faces inside the oven... ( first piece of glass if looking from inside the oven) that gets all the spatters from the oven. mine is cracked after a self cleaning cycle completed
