Do carrier slides come one or two to an order for the $15. It says slides not slide in description

How might I order the two felt squares that are roughly .75Wx 1.25Hx.25T?

Hello Shawn, thank you for your question. We do not find little squares but you can order Dryer Drum Felt Seal PS11741074 and cut the felt to fit. There are for your model the glides that are plastic. One is grey and is part PS16762550. One is white and the part is PS4704230. We hope this helps.
