My dryer had stop working and the terminal block, wires, and dryer plug burnt out

I replace the terminal block, wires , and dryer plug I unscrewed the back of the dryer and basically replace was burnt out. I was about to pay 200.00 to have it done but I looked on youtube and seen how easy it was so I just chose the site to order what I needed to be replace and it arrived quickly and more affordable to do it myself. dryer doesn't complete it's cycle

Removal of the back panel was easy - 9 screws - replaced both the thermistor and the two-terminal thermal fuse - put back panel on - supplied power - tested it - works like a champ.

Felt wears on the dryer lint screen

No repair. Just replaced the screens in the dryer and they slide in and out to clean. The felt gets worn fast.

Squeak and Rachet type noise

The videos really make it easy. I put my laptop on the washer next to my dryer and proceeded step by step. I also found the video that mentioned about the screws that may come loose on the baffles. I found several loose screws on the baffles which I tightened and I also found the Drum hole plug loose, so I also tightened the plug. Reassembled the unit and has been working like new since.

Door Catch broken

Very easy to replace, just removed the door catch and place the new one in and push till clicked. That simply.

Dryer stopped heating

(Always unplug dryer before making any repairs) I opened the dryer and checked the heating element. Making sure that the connection was good and nothing was damaged, I determined the problem was overheated wires. They melted and lots connection. I replaced them with the heating element wire connection kit. Easy to install and simple to get right. I cleaned the dryer again with a vaccum cleaner, removing all the lint, and checked the vents, making sure they were clear...I turned the breaker on (it was tripped when the dryer overheated)and everything worked great.
