Loud squeaky that turned into a rattling noise
I watched your video that showed me how to remove the top then the face of the dryer. I then removed the drum and belt, after which I could then remove the support wheels and the belt tension wheel.I replaced the support wheels and tension wheel, the hardest part was removing the little plastic locking keepers that hold the support wheels in place. After that I was able to reinstall the drum with the new belt and reinstall the face and top of the dryer. My 15 year old dryer works great just like new. Thanks

Clothes not drying.
I watched the How-To videos on your site before deciding whether to do the repair myself or not. I found the instructional video was so informative and easy to do, that I ordered the parts. When I received the parts, I, again, watched the videos to aid in the removal of the old and replace with the new. I followed the instructions as I repaired. It was an easy fix. The hardest part was moving the dryer away from the wall and reconnecting the exhaust hose. My wife is happy again and I have peace and quite. Thank you, PartSelect. You're now on my favorites list.

Dryer was not drying the clothes
First I disconnected the power to dryer. Then removed the the back of the appliance checked wire connections to the heating coil to make sure none was loose with back off I connected power cord up test ran the unit, Still no heat with power back off removed heat element to see a broken coil wire. Decided to order the part for parts select. As I have in the past when I have an appliance breakdown. Kenny Martin WV.

Drum rotated, but clothes were cold
I looked at the PartSelect youtube videos on washer repair and the exploded view drawing on the PartSelect web site. I removed the dryer heating element and confirmed the the coils were "open". Ordering was fast and easy. When the part arrived the next day, I installed the new heating element in a few minutes and it worked perfectly.
