Agitator spinning, not churning.
watched the parts select video showing how it was done. from there it was a simple process. popped off the fabric softener cap, and the seal cap. then used the socket wrench to unscrew the bolt. took off the cog holder, and turned upside down. The video was great, because it perfectly explained how to position the Agitator Directional Cogs (dogs)when replacing. the ridge went face down into the slot. Put the holder back in, replaced the bolt, cap, etc. and it as finished. Again, this is an easy fix, and the video perfectly explained the process.

Cogs were stripped
Popped the top of the Agitator off by hand, removed the softener cap protecting the Retaining nut by hand and used a 3/8 in socket driver with an extension and a 7/16 in socket to remove the retaining nut. Pulled top of Agitator off shaft, flipped it over and removed the Dog Ear housing. Removed retaining ring, removed and replaced Dog Ears (Cogs) and reassembled...less than 15 minute fix!

Agitator wouldn't turn.
This was an easy repair. I used a 7/16th socket on a 8 inch extension to reach the agitator bolt. After removing the bolt, I pulled off the top half of the agitator, leaving the bottom half intact and attached to the washer. After that it was a simple replacement of the agitator directional clutch dogs and then putting the top half of the agitator back in place and tightening the bolt.

Upper part of agitator was able to move freely both ways
I had already taken the agitator apart to see what the problem might be. that was very simple. When I watched the video you have on your sight, you took it apart the same way I did, so you have it right!

Agitator stopped working
After about 4-5 years, the agitator cogs or "dogs" will wear out and cause the agitator to stop working-Simply pop the cap off of the top of the agitator with your hands by pulling upwards, remove the plastic cap at the bottom of the agitator-there are 2 plastic ears that you pull up on also with your hand, exposing a 1/2 locking nut. Use a socket and extention to unscrew the nut. Grab the bottom of the agitator with both hands and pull sharply upwards removing the entire assembly. Flip the assembly over to expose the four cogs. Replace with new, and reverse the procedure to reinstall the agitator
