Freezer Upper Door Bin Broke
I ordered a freezer upper door bin and received the wrong part. I contacted PartsSelect immediately and they re-shipped the correct part. It was well packaged, I removed the part and paper towel wiped it down and snapped it into the freezer door bin. I highly recommend PartsSelect for their great products and Customer Service. I even add them to my contact numbers in my cell phone, they will be the first I call, when needing a part for any appliance!

The partition between the doors of the refridgerator was hot and the fan that cools the condensor and the coils was not working.
I replaced the condenser fan motor, but first I bought a brush to clean the coils. I first unplugged the fridge and took off the back panel. I located the fan motor and noticed how dusty it was back there. All the dust dirt and pet hair can accumulate making the motor work harder and overheat. I cleaned the coils with the coil brush and a shop vac. Once I cleaned it, I started to take off the three screws that held the fan motor suspended, its important that you move the fridge enough so you have adequate room to work. I unplugged the motor and finished removing the screws. When I removed the motor I was upset when I compared it to the motor I was sent because it looked physically different. The motor I removed had a plug that was integrated in the motor, but the one I received had a plug that pigtailed outside the motor. I called PartSelect and told them they sent me the wrong motor. The lady that I spoke with was very friendly and helpful, and after looking up my part # she assured me that it was the right part. Next I had to remove the fan from my old motor, the nut that held the fan on looked like a clip, but it screwed off using open pliers.I removed the fan and put it on the other motor, using the parts supplied. Before I installed the motor I screwed the three screws in and out of the three screws holes to make the screws go in easier during instalation. I installed the fan motor using the three screws supplied, and once it was secure I spun the fan with my finger, making sure the fan spun freely and installed the plug to the fan. I then plugged in the fridge to make sure the fan was working, and replaced the back panel. Hope this helps you out, good luck.

Missing snaps and bar on fridge door
I was unsure how I was going to be able to make this repair. However, it was so easy I have planned to order other items to make the repairs myself. I am a rental manager at a condominium complex and I think my homeowners will be very happy when they see how much money we can save them by our office doing the repairs.

Side Mounted Ice Maker Quit Functioning,
1st my 72 year old husband has not had great success in repairing anything: electrical or plumbing. We got the part the next day. Had ordered it late one afternoon and had it the next morning in Wyoming. From the time we took it out of the box, disconnected the old one, plugged in the new one, remounted, it took less than 15 minutes. Amazing and it works great. Didn't need extra electrical connector, but tricky part on electrical connectors is to squeeze side to take apart and put back together. He used mirror to see the screws to loosen to take out and put back in ice maker. Next day our tray was full of ice. Good service/Good Product.

Easily found the parts we needed from the diagrams, Hinge bearing and door closing cam, watched the video, which was very helpful, ordered the parts from the parts list numbers...Our order came in just a few days and my husband put the parts on in about 20mins. Bottom refrigerator door shelf broke
My clumsy daughter used the shelf as a stepping stool and broke it right off. The new shelf was literally a snap to install. I only had to snap it in place. The new part came the next day after I ordered it, I was amazed. I was expecting it to come to my door about 3 days later. It was super fast.
