I removed the old one and inserted the new. No tools were required. The diagram to order the parts were quite clear and the parts arrived speedily. This company knows how to run a business and keep its customers happy!

Open box, peal plastic off of glass, slide glass onto shelf brackets

The diagram for the shelves is wrong I did not receive the right part. I ordered the crisper glass insert and received the vegetable drawer glass.

Snap off and snap on! Totally amazed, purchased on line at 8pm and they came the "next" day around 1 pm and shipping was only 7 bucks part select is awesome!!!

Installed the ribbon on the face plate first and then to the main part of the door. This prevented the wires within the ribbon not to be broken. then put the cover on and screwed it in.

The two screws that held the ice maker in place could not be seen do to there location. I could only get one hand inside do to space restriction.So I placed a mirror inside so I could see the screw heads and from point it was very easy to see and line up the nut driver on the screw heads. I then lifted it up and unplugged the wiring and installed the new ice maker. Works like a charm. Paul

1st a changed the defrost stat. Waist of time. Realized there was no evaporator above fan. Noticed ice was builing up behind ice maker near fill tube. Found if I shut off ice maker ice wasnt building up on fan. Moved fridge out unplugged fridge unscrewed plastic nut. Turned 90 degrees. Replaced tube locked in place . Screwed nut back on . Plugged in and turned ice maker on. Wife happy ice was back on and no noise.

Easy to remove and install. Took less then a minute. Impressed with quick delivery of part.....Danuta

I oder the parts I need and just replace it. Easy as 1 2 3.

This was probably the easiest repair I have done on this refrigerator. I pulled the unit away from the wall, turned off the water, and disconnected the hose. I have a wooden floor in my kitchen so I was careful to put a towel under the hose and valve. Very little water drained out but I kept the towel there for insurance. After removing the access panel, I removed the two screws holding the valve in place, slid it back to where I could unplug the wiring connected to it. The connectors are color coded so there is no worry about putting them back incorrectly. The new valve uses push-in type water connections, so you have to cut the old style connections off of the plastic water lines. Kitchen shears did this easily. Then is was just a matter of pushing each line into the proper connector on the valve, reattach the electrical connectors, and slide the valve back in place. Reinstall the screws, reinstall the access panel, hook up the water hose, slide the unit back into it's niche, and run about a gallon of water through the dispenser and you are done.

Popped the old water filter out and popped the new one in, just as easy as that!!

I originally ordered the wrong part (for the freezer side). Received the part on Saturday--I had ordered on Thursday afternoon. Discovered my error and got on line to see how to return and ordered the correct part. This part came on Tuesday morning. I put the part on the door and was finished in no time! Great service and easy return for my wrong order. Thanks.

Pulled the old filter out and pushed the new filter in.
