old dryer knob had lost its spring and would not turn on. simply pulled old knob off and replaced by pushing new knob onto shaft. voila! saved myself a service call.

1)Remove the 5 screws from the back panel to gain access to the dual inlet valve. 2)Disconnect the wire from the valve. Then, remove the screws the hold the valve. Then, remove the C-clamp from the valve to get it loose. 3) Then, reverse the procedures to install the new valve.

Removed the old part with a screwdriver and replaced with the new parts. As good as new!!

My 45 year old son did it in the shop, and it only took a short time before we were washing clothers again, and no water on the floor. The part came through the day after I ordered them. Thank you very much

I used the video instructions sent to my email and everything worked perfectly as instructed.

The old knob broke off & was no longer able to turn the pin to start the dryer. I simply slid the new knob onto the pin & it worked like new.

Took the knob and clip off the dryer and stuck the knew knob on!

I replaced the water level pressure switch but that did not fix the problem. I tried to replace the pressure tube with some rubber tubing from the hardware store but that did not fix the problem. I replaced the tubing with the correct pressure tubing for PartSelect and now it seems to be working fine. I think the old tubing had a small leak in it I could not detect and the hardware tubing was not exactly the same as the manufacturer part. Anyway it was still a lot cheaper than a new washer. The belt is very tight. Use a zip tie to old the belt on as you work it around the large pulley. Once it is on remove zip tie and turn the pulley enough times to line up the belt evenly then your done.

Remove agitator remove retainer screw and using Prybar lift off the old coupler ..... After removal use heat gun and wire brush to remove plastic residue from the splines of the motor shaft ... While the shaft is still warm line up the splines from the new coupler and using the mallet force the coupler on the shaft ... Install the retainer screw that comes with the coupler and snap on the agitator ... Done

I pulled up on the fin part of the agitator exposing the gear coupling. I unbolted the nut on top with a 12 mm socket. Once the nut and washer were removed I pulled up on the gear coupling and slid it right off. Reversed procedures to install the new one.

Easy I followed the video. It took approx. 15 Min. Thanks to the video I feel like I can repair anything. This is not the first appliance I fixed. Thanks to parts select.
