The roller support was worn out and would no longer rotate the turntable.
Lifted the old one out and inserted the new one. I would like to say I ordered the part late on a Sunday afternoon and installed it Wednesday moring. How great not to have to replace my whole unit! As technology changes nothing is ever the same size and being that my microwave was a built-in under the cabinet model, I was having nighmares about having to replace it. I was thirilled to find the part for a 15 year old appliance!!!!! Kudos to you!!!!
