Broken handle
I went to use our microwave the Thursday before Christmas and the handle broke right off in my hand. I had to get to work and i did not tell my wife. By ten o'clock she called me and said the handle broke off when she used the microwave. I said I would try to find one and I did at PartSelect. The shipping I chose said 3 to 5 days.I placed the order about 2:30 that afternoon. The next day my wife called and said the handle had arrived and she put it on herself. Thanks for your prompt service, Allan Carignan

handle broke
had to use pliers to grab a nub of the plastic screw female that had broken off. Other than that, went easy. This is a product defect and not only should the part be free, but there should be a free retrofit repair.

Your part was here quickly and perfect.

Great job, thank you.

the microwave door handle had broken off leaving the plastic stem in the screw hole
I went on the PartSelect page and found the model # for my microwave and ordered the handle. I thought I was going to have to wait for several weeks but it arrived in three days. The only glitch was that the plastic end of the broken handle was still attached to the screw and I couldn't get a grip on it in order to remove the screw...so I tried several different things... ultimately using a corkscrew to pierce the old piece of plastic handle thus allowing me to remove the screw and in two minutes I was able to replace the handle.
I can't believe it was that easy. Thank you.
