Problem with ice maker. Ice is freezing in the bin and not allowing the dispenser to turn and dispense ice.
For model number RS267LASH
Hello Sandy, Thank you for the question. Insufficient cooling can cause ice to melt and clump together in the Ice Bin. We suggest checking the temperature settings to see if it is set cool enough. You can also put a thermometer in the freezer to make sure the Temperature is 0° F. We hope this helps!

Freezer working, fridge not, what am I looking at to check if it is working or not?
For model number RS267LASH
Hi Mark, thank you for reaching out. We would recommend checking the evaporator fan motor, part number PS4138293. It circulates air through the fresh food compartment for efficient cooling. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope that helps!
