Bottom freezer stopped everything ruined what do i need to check

Thank you for your question. If your freezer is too warm, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the temperature sensors, the dispenser cover control assembly, the power control board, the evaporator fan motor and the defrost thermostat. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: When performing a resistance check on this sensor, make sure your readings match the Samsung temp/resistance chart in their literature. My sensor was way off calibration and was causing the freeze up. Its working as designed now and DW is happy again. Learn from my mistake.
