I changed the thermal fuse following instructions from the video on the site . Very easy repair, anyone can do it.

The lint filter in the dyer of our stacked unit had a tear in it.
I simply removed the damaged lint filter and replaced it with the new one I purchased. It took less than 30 seconds to do.

Drive motor burnt up
Instructions are available from other web sites. A few tips from me. Tape the dryer doors shut. When you remove the springs it falls open. Remember to just loosen the hex screws at the bottom of the front panel, it has slots and just lifts off of them. To easily remove the clips holding the motor bearings use a dull chisel or small pry bar on the outside half loop and tap the end with a hammer while lightly forcing it out.

The small end of the actuator switch that the door pushes against was broken off.
I'm a 66 year old lady with no repair experience at all!! I found the part I needed on Parts Select, which I ordered and received in less than 4 days. I watched the video that you've posted on your website which shows in great detail how to do this repair. It looked like a simple fix and it was!! I highly reccomend Parts Select!! Dryer wouldn't start
Watched the tutorial online. Took the back off- replaced the fuse. Put the back on . It was extremely easy !!

Dryer wouldn't turn on
When the part came in. I unplugged the dryer. Pulled it away from the wall and took the back off. I pulled the wires off the old fuse and plugged them in the new fuse, then unscrewed the on nut that held the old fuse. Then slid the new one in and put the nut back on. Plugged the dryer in and it worked. So I unplugged the dryer and put the back on.

Dryer would run, but not heat
Removed the back panel, found the fuse and replaced it. Easiest thing I've ever done! I was expecting it not to be the problem, but I started with the "most common" issue via the website. Voila...it was the problem!

Plastic catch broke

Indicator lights blinking, not drying, auto settings not working
Unlike your video, with this model, the thermal fuse is located near the front of the dryer, which I didn't find out until the back was already off.

couldn't get the wire connection anywhere after we bought the heating element.
we received the two heating element wires in 3 days and connected the heating element with no problem works great.
