Keep searches simple. Use keywords, e.g. "leaking", "pump", "broken" or "fit".
every time we ran the washer there would be a small pooling of water underneath. a little investigation indicated a leaking pump seal.
My son and I leaned the washer backward and I had my son hold it while I got underneath of it and unscrewed the two hose clamps to loosen the hoses, pulled them off. Then I flipped the two clamps holding the pump in place and the pump came right off and it took about 2 minutes. I ran into a little problem putting the new pump on because I wasn't getting the drive shaft lined up quite right, otherwise the whole thing would have only taken about 10 minutes total. As it was I got the pump mounted, repositioned the clamps and then hooked up the hoses...done! The design is perfect for ease of pump replacement; kudos to the engineers who designed it!

little to no water going to tub
move machine away from wall---shut off water and remove hoses--loosen screws that hold valve on back wall---remove toplid, place to side--diconnect water line at tub----disconnect wires to valve,hot/cold---remove old valve with hose attached---take new valve and place new mount bracket on, little tricky did not line up at first must force plate to slid into plastic slot so screw hold lines up, without breaking new valve---once bracket on replaced all---used tape on inlet valves thread when supply hoses replaced--seems shorter than old valve--but tighten up OK no leaks

Replace hot/cold water inlet valve
My washer leaked water in after wash cycle and cloths were wet after spin cycle. The cause of problem was defined in Parts Select trouble shooting guide. Replacement was just as the video described, except this model had two screws on front of control panel and the panel tipped back on hinges. Look at both sides of washers, so when you reinstall the body you know how it should look against the back panel. I didn't slide the whole washer body off, just tilted against a wall. Also, it's not necessary to get behind the washer, so the repair can be done in a tight laundry rooms like mine.

Top of Agitator Wouldn't Turn
I noticed the top wasn't spinning. I took the cap off the agitator and looked inside it. Sure enough the directional clogs were broken. I had no idea what to do. I went online using my phone and discovered partselect.com With their wonderful help I was able to find out what part I needed and order it right from my phone. It only cost me $10 bucks to get it delivered to my house and it shipped in 3 days. I am 21 years old and this was my first washer. Thanks to part select I can keep my washer. Partselect saved me well over $150 dollars plus labor. I will definitely use partselect again!!!

It Started With A Failed Direct Drive Motor Coupling
When my "whirlpool" washer quit, I tipped it over enough and determined that the motor coupling had failed. I also noted some rust on the lower pump mounting clip. There was no moisture so I thought no more of it. I ordered the coupling, received it and used your video to install it with no problem. When I started the washer, guess what? The pump leaked. The moral of this story. When you're in there pay close attention to other potential problems.

Would not spin
Video's on parts select are a big help. Just followed the instructions. Only slight problem was the coupling's do not slide easily onto the shafts. I had to use a little lubricant and put a wood block across the opening and tap with a hammer. Maybe a little more than a tap. Also when I was ready to test the repair I found the washer would not stop filling. After much checking I found out on another repair site that the shutoff requires a certain water pressure to work properly. I hadn't opened the faucet fully. Once I did everything worked properly.

Stopped agitating.
Removed top of agitator(where softener is added, just pulls off), removed agitator cap barrier with needle nose pliers. Unscrewed visible center bolt with nut driver, pulled top part of agitator off(firm pull). With pliers pulled out cog assembly, replaced cogs in assembly. Holding top part of agitator upside down placed cog assembly back into agitator and then placed agitator back into washer so cogs don't fall out. retighten bolt.
