Clutch dog teeth were warn causing the actuator to slip and not produce the required agitation.
Removed the actuator cap which gives you access to the screw that holds the clutch dog assembly in place. Once the screw is removed the assembly lifts right out. The clutch dogs have a small retaining band that holde them in place. Once removed the dogs slip right out. Replace the old dogs and reverse the order of the removal process. Very easy.

Unit did not spin
Pretty simple task, and pretty much followed hints in the video provided by the web site. Unit worked fine after replacing the parts. Most awkward part of the job was getting cabinet back into position to secure to the base. A bigger working space or a second pair of hands would have helped in securing cabinet. Only took over two hours (working slow) because cabinet kept sliding out of position while trying to secure.

The agitator was not working in the washing machine.
I used the flat screwdriver to pop off the top of the agitator. then I used my socket wrench with extension to remove the bolt holding the top of the agitator to the bottom agitator. I pulled out the small piece that holds the agitator cogs. The agitator cogs were sheared off. I used my screwdriver to remove what was left of them, cleaned up the unit, then installed the new cogs. Re-insert the piece into the agitator unit and tighten the bolt back. Popped the lid back on top and ran a load of laundry to test. It works perfect! Although the teeth are pretty worn on the agitator as well, so I'm looking to buy a whole new agitator unit next. Very easy fix!!

Top part of agitator was inoperative
I looked at the video that was available for a general idea. I knew the exchange was fairly simple but it never hurts to watch someone else explain it. Used my socket and extension, some lube as recommended, replaced the pieces, tightened and turned the washer on. Worked like a charm. Thanks
