The tub would not spin during the spin cycle. I diagnosed that the door switch was functioning. And through some reading on the internet, found out it was the motor coupling. I replaced the clutch assembly strictly as preventative maintenance.
I am not even going to attempt to explain. The videos that were brand specific are all anyone needs to complete any repair. They are very well made. And easy to follow. Thank you for saving me a repair call!

Chlothes were coming out wet at the end of the cycle.
Parts select gives you the top solutions for the problem you are having. This suggested a clutch, and upon looking at mine I could see it was displaced. I watched the instructional video, and it was spot on. It told me how to from beginning to end and it worked out perfectly. I spent about an hour of my time, spent $38, and my machine is fixed. Thank you Parts select for the free video, I couldn't have done it without it.

top agitator not working
The top agitator was not working. The top of the agitator should only work in one direction. Since it wasn't, the pawls (cogs) on the top agitator were worn. In order to repair, you need to take the top of the agitator off. Remove the fabric softener container from the top of the agitator. It should pull off. Then, remove the clear plastic cover. (clear plastic cover will have an 'o' ring on it.) Below the cover will be a 7/16" bolt holding the agitator to the washer shaft. Pull the entire agitator from the stainless steel shaft. You will need to separate the top of the agitator from the bottom of the agitator. It is necessary to separately order and replace the thrust spacer, grease, and bolt. All the other necessary parts are in the Agitator repair kit which is also necessary when ordering parts. The agitator repair kit will come with a diagram for assembly, otherwise reassembly is the opposite of disassembly. It took longer to write this installation instructions than it was to do the actual repairs.

Top agitator stopped working, teeth needed to be replaced.
Followed instructions supplied plus use of u-tube video. The job could have been done in less time if I had a long ratchet to begin with. Fairly easy job for a woman to do.

removed 2 machine screws a top of back plate with nut-driver, removed two Phillips screws holding control panel on with screwdriver, lifted control panel out of the way to get to tension bands holding back on and removed with small pry-bar. Pry open the back enough to remove electrical connections from Water Inlet Valve. Remove machine screw with nut-driver that holds Water Inlet Valve and slide valve out. Agitator quit working.
I researched the internet and found this site. It had the diagnostic procedures and possible causes for the malfunction. I followed their procedures to get to the cause of my breakdown and also found more than one malfuntion with my machine. I ordered the parts needed late Wed. night and received them Fri. afternoon(week of big snow storm). I was impressed, both with the great service that this site has provided and the very quick delivery service. Also, the price of the parts are very reasonable.

Replace leaking water pump
The repair video was very helpful and exactly right. The most difficult task was removing the old pump. It had apparently seeping between the motor shaft and the pump coupler for some time and had rusted the pump to the motor shaft. I had to aggressively grip the pump housing with the channel lock pliers and wrench it back and forth to break it loose. I took a file to remove the rust build up from the motor shaft before installing the new pump. Washer works fine.

Washing machine shook violently during spin cycle
Luckily enough the washer shown in the demonstration is my exact model, which eliminated any variables I may have come across. The repair was relatively easy and probably could of been done in less time but I took every step slowly to avoid breaking something or leaving something unattached. For the money and time spent on this repair I would certainly recommend this for anyone with a similar issue. After taking the machine completely apart, i found that the suspension pads were still properly functioning. Since i had already purchased them with the tub wear pads, I changed them anyway. The trickiest part for me was pulling the outer tub out because the shaft on my unit was very rusted had a considerable amount of buildup on it. During this step I was very careful to remove all the build up because there is a single rubber seal between the center opening of the tub and the motor shaft. After I made sure the shaft was completely smooth and there were no protrusions I gently rocked the tub back and forth while applying pressure from the underside of the tub, all the while making sure that the seal didn't fold in on itself or stretch in any direction. Other than that, the repair went very quickly and easily . The spanner wrench is a must !!! I actually found it on amazon for about 6 dollars and I'm positive I will find another use for it somewhere down the road. I owe a big thank you to Steve. (the guy in the video) and everyone else from parts select for making laundry day in my house tolerable again !!!
