Top part of agitator wasn't turning.
I went to YOUTUBE to see what the issue might be. I found a PartSelect video that described my problem. I than called PartSelect and talked to a nice gentleman named Derek. He double checked to make sure I had the right part numbers, and helped me complete my order. I received the parts package the next day even though I did not request overnight. Everything I needed was in the kit and I had the washer repaired in less then 30 minutes. Thanks for the help PartSelect.

Quit "Spinning"
You guys are "Awesome" I wish I had known about your site and watched the video's first!!! When my washer started acting up, I tore it down to parade rest trying to figure out why it wasn't spinning! Then I discovered your web site searching for help. Anyhow, it identified my problem, I watched the video on the most likely cause (the Direct Drive Motor Coupling), checked it out, and discovered one of the couplings was cracked and rounded out..... Thanks to you, the washer's fixed and I can't Thank you enough! Sincerely, Terry Kuster P.S. Everyone will know about your Web site. Thanks again!

Will not fill with water
The unit would not fill with water. My wife had been complaining that the tub had not been filling completely before the filling completely failed. If I switched the water level to another setting and then back, it would run fine for just one cycle. That's why I suspected the water level pressure switch. It was a very simply switch out, requiring just a philips screwdriver and popping the control panel on the top open (thankfully not messing with the main cabinet). It was replaced and reassembled within just minutes!

Upper Agitator stopped working
I easily located the agitator repair kit and the notes on the product stated it would fix my problem. The part arrived in two days and it took me about 15 minutes to install. The upper agitator works as well as it did the day I bought the machine. This repair saved me $80.00 because that was the Labor charge for the local appliance repair technician. Thank you Parts Select.

Washer made a spinning/grinding noise when it tried to agitate or spin.
I watched the video that PartSelect provided on their web site. The instructions were very precise and easy to follow. I watched the video twice and just followed the instructions. I would highly recommend this approach to washing machine repairs. It certainly saved me a lot of money.

top agitator not spining, but bottom ok
took top agitator off, cleaned it (needed anyway), replaced agitator directional cogs, replaced washer (old one was too soft to reseal) upon bolting back together. Oddly the repair kit on this website does not include a washer - I only bought the cogs - it turned out to use the same washer I use on my kegerator

So I yahooed it and found this web sight,I ordered the the part and it came in a few days. The part showed up on a Friday and I put it in the next morning.I watched the link your parts sight refered me to and was very good ! I got all the tools together and started the project,it wasn't the exact same unit but it showed you enough to figure it out.I ran the vidio as I did the project and it went smoothly.I am very happy with the parts, the web sight and the lincks it shared with me . I booked marked the sight for future reference and have already shrared it with someone who has the same problem. thank you for all the help!
