I tried before to replace the coupler but ordered the wrong part from a different company. Your website allowed me to narrow down the search and choose the correct coupler from about 8 different choices. It took me literally 2 minutes to fix my turn table. I am a single mom with a disabled child, so the option of paying a repairman to fix my microwave was not an option. Thanks!
