My stacked unit drains without clothes in it but is not extracting all the water from the clothes while its full?
For model number MLE2000AYW
Hello Timothy, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the Drain Pump and hoes for a blockage that would weaken the pump not allowing it to pump enough to drain all of the water from the clothes. We hope this helps.

The washer is getting water inside without being in use.
For model number MLE2000AYW
Hello Tim, thank you for your inquiry. If the machine has water flowing into the tub while it is not in use, chances are the water inlet valve is not operating properly, and the port that supplies the water to the unit is not closing as it should. We would suggest testing this part with a multi-meter to confirm that this part is causing the issue you are experiencing. We hope this helps.
