Unscrewed the remaining (2) screws that held the vent in place, placed the new grill in the tab loctators, and screwed it into place. Done...in less than 10 minutes. It took me 15 minutes to find my wife to show her what a nice job I did.

I have been doing repair on things on my own for years, I am a retired prevenative maintenace supervisor. While cleaning the microwave vent grill from being old it fell apart, so I ordered the part using the internet to find the a company that has the same part, the part didnt take long before I recieved it. It didnt take five minutes to install it, and it saved me cash in the pocket from someone else to do the work. wallen
Plastic vent on microwave was cracked and would no longer stay on.
Removed the broken parts and screws and placed the new vent on and tightened screws. I am an 76 year old woman, so if I could do this, then anyone can! Surprisingly easy to install.
I, carefully, inserted the bottom tabs into the appropriate slots. I then rotated the vent piece up and into place under the top lip of the Microwave. Once positioned I installed the screws required to hold the piece in place. Very simple replacement. It gave me a chance to clean the grease behind the vent.
Vent grill plastic parts broke off so it would fall off the mircrowave
Took screws off of old vent grille and installed new one. Very easy except my old one was a shiny black grille and this one has a matte finish. Description did not say which but I am fine with the part.
Removed the screws holding the broken tabs and thought the new vent grille would click right into place. I had quite a bit of trouble getting all the tabs lined up to click into place, but was finally able to do it. Then I just used the old screws to secure the new grille.
I removed the broken tabs with a screwdriver and snaped in the new cover replacing the screws once I had it in place. the entire job took less than 5 min.
