MFI2067AES Maytag Refrigerator - Instructions

Removed pantry lid,pantry drawer, shelf, two drawers. Unscrewed metal side rail. Removed right side end cap plus attached back rail. Had to figure out how to remove sliding drawer mechanism, not easy, all plastic, easily breakable-reattached that to new right side end cap. Put everything back (not easy-angle makes it hard). Reattached lid to new side end cap and all is well! My husband and I did this-for us it took two people.

By reading user reviews, I discovered that the front of the existing drawer snapped off and I would reapply it to the new drawer; reviews ranged from very easy to replace to extremely difficult - needing two people. I was able to do it without assistance or tools and, while you did have to be careful to not use a lot of pressure, it only took a few minutes to replace. It is so helpful to be able to find replacement parts and instructions on how to install them.

The repair was easy. chosing the right part required phone help. From the web photo of the part it is not knowable if the part includes the glass window. I had to call. Also I needed help if finding the correct part. But alls well that ends well. And the replacement was easy. Thanks for your interest in my experience.

Removed old one that was held on by two screws and replaced it with the new one and the two screws.

Poped ou the old switch, connected new switch and pushed back into socket.

Pulled out all trays and glass shelve which enabled me to access and remove broken part easy.

I removed the drawer, the two drawers above it and the glass plate. I removed the left end cap, unscrewed the metal runner from it and put it onto the new end cap. I installed the new end cap into the refrigerator and replaced the various drawers and covers. The pop-up was a little tight, so I removed the drawers again and loosened the screws to center the drawer, replaced everything and voila! a perfectly working pop-up without having to wait for a repairman or pay the very high repair fees. The part was shipped and arrived within two days - Great service. Thanks

Popped off front & popped it back on. As easy as could be. This is a fantastic site. Product arrived quickly. It was broken, but they refunded immediately and sent a new part immediately. Very impressive.

The repair required that I removed two drawers and a glass panel; removal of three screws completed the disassembly process. The ordered part was delivered without delay, which made the repair almost a pleasure.

I gently prised back the tab on one side of the door and slid the unit out. The replacement was just as clean being careful not to nap off the tab. The job was done in 30 seconds with no tools.

Removed front off old pan and put it on the new one.

Took it out of the box and just snapped it in place.

Removed icemaker found ice mold protective layer coming off. Replaced ice mold and working great. Online graphic very detailed and easy to determine part needed. Easy and great delivery. Highly recommended for future repairs.

Just slid the old one out and put the new one in, along with the front panel. Easy to snap out and replace on the new drawer
