I have two commercial washers that make a grinding noise as soon as they are plugged in. They will not fill, agitate, or spin, but all parts seem to move freely. Belts are intact, and clutch assembly has been replaced, but problem persists.
For model number MAT20PDAWW0
Hello Kevin, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the drive block, part number PS12070545, and the shift actuator, part number PS12349319. If this does not help, the issue is probably related to the gear case, part number PS12347817. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.

Noise, grinding sounds. Wash tub stopped turning but motor and cycles kept functioning. Process of elimination, must be the clutch assembly.
Easy, just followed the repair video. Recommend also ordering the drive belt. Bought one locally during my repair.
